You hereby give your full consent and permission for your child to participate in all recreational, athletic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities offered by the School (collectively, the “Activities”). You hereby fully and forever waive, release and discharge the School and all of its respective past, present, and future officers, heads of schools, directors, employees, administrators, teachers, agents, representatives, volunteers and associated organizations (“Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind or character whatsoever, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way relating to my/our child’s participation in any and all Activities, except for claims based on the gross negligence or willful misconduct of any authorized agent of the School.
