    In a move to minimize our impact on the environment, save money for the school and provide additional types of information to our parents, for the first time ever The Buckley School Annual Report is an online report.   • Representative from Local Assemblyman’s Office Talks CA Propositions with AP Government Classes

    On October 6, Damian Carroll from the office of Assemblyman Mike Feuer of California’s 42nd District was on campus to discuss the propositions that will be on California’s November 4 ballot. Carroll met with senior AP United States Government and Politics classes, presenting the 12 propositions in detail. He instigated lengthy conversations on several, including Proposition 1, which deals with a new bullet train from Union Station to San Francisco, Proposition 8, which would amend the State Constitution to recognize only marriages between a man and a woman, and Proposition 7, which sets targets from renewable energy.
