Buckley At A Glance
The Buckley School was founded in 1933 as an independent co-educational institution by Dr. Isabelle Buckley. It is a college preparatory day school with an educational approach that addresses the development of the whole student, enabling them to become well-rounded, knowledgeable, and independent.
- 750 students from grades Kindergarten through twelve
- 7 to 1 student/faculty ratio
- 106 faculty members, with 46 possessing one or more Master’s degrees and 8 with Doctoral degrees
- 28% of our student body is made up of students of color
- 97% of Middle School students participate in competitive sports
