Applying for Financial Aid at Buckley

Step 1:

The deadline for requesting Financial Aid Information has now passed. Please call the Admission Office at (818) 461-6708 with any questions.

Deadline: January 10, 2013

 

Step 2:

Complete an online Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) with School and Student Services By NAIS (SSS). More detailed information may be found on the SSS website below.

Deadline: February 15, 2013

 

Step 3:

Be sure to file a completed Financial Aid Materials Cover Sheet (which you may get once you log into your SSS account), and mail all supplemental Financial Aid materials directly to SSS in order for documents to be matched with your PFS. All new and returning families to Buckley who are applying for Financial Aid will be sending all of their required documents directly to SSS’s highly secure server or processing center in order for their materials to be processed in a timely manner.

A New Feature:

***Families may also scan and upload all supporting documents themselves, which will then be securely matched to their online PFS. While uploading documents does not allow schools to see your information instantly, schools will be able to review your documents faster than if you mail them to the SSS processing center.

Supplemental Materials include:

  • A copy of your signed and completed 2012 Federal Income Tax Return (Form 1040)
  • All supporting 2012 Schedules and W-2 Forms
  • A copy of your signed and completed 2011 Federal Income Tax Return (Form 1040), all schedules, and W-2 Forms
  • A signed, but not dated, IRS Form 4506-T
  • Buckley’s Family Monthly Budget Worksheet
  • The Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) – which should be filed online – is available at sss.nais.org *Buckley’s school code for the PFS is 1947.
